PostVoice Privacy Policy

This policy explains how winship labs ("we", "us") handles information collected through PostVoice: this website (sms.postvoice.ai), the PostVoice text program, and the PostVoice demo phone line.
Information we collect
- Phone number and messages. Your mobile number, the texts you send us (such as JOIN, HELP, or STOP), and the date and time you opted in or out.
- Demo calls. If you call the demo line, the call is recorded and transcribed, and the details you share (such as your name, company, and reason for calling) are summarized so we can follow up.
- Website visits. Standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This site does not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To send the texts you asked for and honor HELP and STOP requests.
- To run the demo line and follow up on a demo you requested.
- To keep records of consent and opt-outs, and to keep the service secure.
How we share it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use service providers only to operate the service, such as our messaging and telephony provider to deliver texts and calls, voice AI providers to run the demo line, and our email and hosting providers. They may process information only on our behalf and not for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep opt-in and opt-out records for as long as you are in the Program and as long as needed to show consent afterward. Demo call recordings and transcripts are kept up to 12 months, then deleted.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
- Email ryan@winshiplabs.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
PostVoice is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
